Kim, repetitive motion injuries are still a common and compensable injury under Georgia workers' compensation law. One thing to be careful about - often these injuries appear over time, but when you file a claim you have to assert a specific injury date. You need to be careful about choosing a date that is outside the statute of limitations - this is a question that you ought to discuss with an attorney.
