I am 47yF. get hurt, had emergency back l5-s1 laminectomy,disectomy, 2 years ago.cudel equina syndrom.I have bilateral radiopathy,pain, numbness, sometimes effect my ballder,bowel.suggested fusion,stimulator, but said not helping legs . EmG Bilateral shows nerve damage, I have limitation, my job did not gave me a job with my situation, lost work. I apply for SSD denied. I have an wc atterny but he is not help.he always want to settle.however, my legs getting worse, wc planed and said I do not see mu surgeon, my atterney agree. my pain maneger wrote she need help house work, yard work and need to see a surgeon for final opinion what we should do.but no response form WC.did nothing,Wc Dr.saied she need psyco treatment beacuse depression and Wc did nothing and did not pay.I have a hard time with my atterny and I think wc. Can I fiear my atterny how much I have to pay him? how much next atterny gets? what is total cost of both atteny?how difficult is to get a 2nd atterny beacuse i have one? HOw much my case worth? when is the best time to settle?I am trying to go see specialty by my self. what is your suggestion? My englisht is not good soory.
