The company fired me on a bogus thing. I was told that once workmans comp came into play my medications should have been covered by them. #2 I have an employee that is playing workmans comp on a contusion (bruise)on his hand. The origional doctor said he could return to work he states it still hurts and cant do his job. Now he is out for about 3 weeks waiting to see a specialist. In our business I couldn't wait for him to come back to work and had to hire someone else in fact hired 3 people. What are my options with his employment and salery I have to questions, I injured my back on the job back in 1998 and have survived on pain medications ever since. For this reason ; If you are at a point of such uncertainty as to your HEALTH ! Because, I hope your concerned with your overall well being FIRST ! Not sum SETTLEMENT ! If NOT OH WELL :0( BUT I HOPE SO!! Let's look at this case ! Your lawyer shows the insurance company that you may need hundreds of thousands of dollars of surgery,treatment,testing, medication, etc. etc ! YES, THEY ARE ON THE HOOK !! However, they have been able to get off the HOOK ! SAD, BUT TRUE ! What is also pathetic is this Claimant has a 7% PPD rating ! And the Doctor is still practicing medicine and I'm 100 % his practice has flourished ! I recommend that you take a look at the doctor who gave you this rating . WC Doctor's take a HIPPOCRATIC OATH and it shows ! Here's the Quote once again in case you missed it!!
