		<description>I  work in the hvac business, and in jan 2011 on a call while getting out of truck slipped and fell, hurting knee and having permanent  nerve damage in foot, after seeing doctor i was always designed return to work with restictions, but the company would not allow it , finally in april they terminated me while still on wc, in fact i am still on it as of nov 3 2011, can they be sued.</description>
